Best App to control you p.c

pretty much as the title says,

my friend showed me some cool apps on his iphone that lets him control his p.c via a media server. i was just wondering what are the android equivalents

There are also a bunch of apps that turn your phone into a game controller with tilt and all that, or others that just act as remotes for various media players (Gmote does mainly this, but was included in the list above because it is quite flexible).

My favorite is Phonemypc. Very easy to configure, allows you to create macros, uses your internet connection, smooth and responsive.

This app is clean and works really well as a remote mouse. I watch TV\Neflix on my wide screen TV and use it as a control. It uses Wi-fi so It lets you work from any distance you can see. I have also used gmote and really prefer premotedroid.

The setup was straightforward but lacks any real English directions so it was a bit tough. You need the client and server software. Be sure to enter the IP without the port # (the last 5 numbers on the IP after the colon).

I translated the french setup instructions on the wiki page-Here they are to save someone else the trouble.
