Dependant on where you're based, there are a few options.
Over here, we can use an app called TV Catchup, or there's BBC iPlayer, SkyGo etc. Also the likes of Netflix/Hulu are an option if they're available in your country?
You'll find a lot of channels have their own app so it might be worth searching Play for your favourite channel name.
