Best apps for recording telemetry while driving race car?

In a few days I'm going to drive a race car really really fast. (The Rusty Wallace Racing Experience, I've done it before and it's a blast!) I'd like to record as much data as possible. I'll have multiple Android devices in my pockets to accomplish this redundantly. They are low-end devices though; Virgin Mobile Ventures, Kyocera Hydro, Kyocera Rise, and one Motorola Droid Razr that will be pretty busy recording video.

What I need are suggestions for dependable, stable, efficient apps to record GPS and accelerometer data. I want to analyze my lap times, maximum speeds, average speeds, maximum G-force generated, etc.

So, who has experience with car performance and GPS tracking apps that might be good for me?

You give us a few day's notice? It would probably take few weeks to check out enough apps to even know if everything you need is already availab;e, and for someone to write an app to cover the things that there's no app for.

(There's probably a commercial app avialable, but it would probably cost more than a high end Android phone.)

I wouldn't ask folks to volunteer to do my homework for me. I can test apps myself and I would not want someone to write one just for this event. I'm just looking for someone who already has tried a number of these apps and found out which ones worked well for him...I'm just looking to mine some existing experience here.

I use Torque for my in-car datalogging needs. It's designed to function in conjunction with a Bluetooth/Wifi OBD adapter, but its GPS and accelerometer parameters should work just fine without a connection.
