Best At & t phone for emulators?

So im upgrading my phone soon and i want to get a phone thats gonna be good for playing emulators like n64 and gba. Im stuck between the samsung galaxy, the samsung captivate glide, and the xperia play

The galaxy is good because it has the biggest screen but it dosn't have a keyboard for buttons

Xperia play seems good but i want a phone that feels more like a phone than a PSP

Captivate glide is looking like what i want, it has a keyboard and a decent screen, but im not sure what kind of resolution it has, and i also dont know if when i play an emulator, will i be able to maximize it to the whole screen?

If you want a phone mainly for emulators you must get the xperia play

It may not be the best phone but for gaming no other phone comes close

Also its getting ICS and has been confirmed and as a phone goes its better then my galaxy s was and that was a great phonr but unless your happy with touchscreen games such as angry birds or don't lime to see that screen as you play and emulator get the play it seriously is the gamers phone
