Best ATT phones?

I'm looking at switching to ST using an ATT sim so I'm looking at unlocked GSM or ATT phones. I currently have a Droid Bionic on VZ so want something at least comparable or more.

I have the Note 2 and the SGS3 both with AT&T. Both are amazing phones, but I have to give the N2 a bit of an edge, but it also costs a bit more.

Check out the Atrix HD....it looks pretty good. I am considering getting one when I upgrade in a few months.

I currently have the original Atrix4g. I got it back in summer 2011, and it's not a bad phone; my first smart phone.
I still haven't root it. i figured I'd do all the mod stuff when u get another smart phone.

However, the top portion of my touch screen is having intermittent ghost issues, where it'd start pressing/sending touch on its own our just plain noter respond to touch. Sucks because now it means the phone is on it's way out and I need to get another... Which also means another 2 year AT&T contract

I was also thinking of going motorola again seeing that Android's parents adopted Motorola, but skeptical of Motorola's build/hardware quality based on my current Atrix, as littler as yet may be.

I was going to try and hold out for the Motorola X, but can't be sure I'd it'll bee picked up by At&t
