I found internet explorer 9 extremely fast compare to others. It is a completely free, easy to download and designed in such a way that it protects your computer from viruses, spyware, and pop-ups more efficiently than other browsers. The navigational controls in Internet Explorer 9 are streamlined and simplified. The back button is larger, the Address bar and search box are combined into one new Address bar. The multiple menus from previous versions of Internet Explorer are consolidated into a single menu that brings the ultimate browsing experience.
 
I use Skyfire 4.0 on my Racer with 2.1-1 update.
It has many features, the best is to view Flash videos :D
However, video feature is now paid if you did not installed Skyfire 3.0 previously. All existing users get 4.0 lifetime subscription for free.

My second choice is Dolphin HD browser. Its quite impressive too with lot of addons to choose from!
