there are many different headsets
I have the Motorola Finiti and find it to be one of my favorite BT device
I also use the plantronic voyageur pro (a bit heavy and if you wear glasses, the over the ear will get in the way)
I also use the Motorola T505 in the car, and its great with the FM transmitter
They all have the voice enabled features, but this is mainly from your phone.
I use Vlingo with my Samsung Galaxy S2, but I am currently testing motospeak, so far I prefer Motospeak.
Whatever BT you choose, make sure that it fits what your needs are.
If you need to have more than one, so be it...
Don't be shy to buy and try, then return to get something different or better for your needs.
