Best camera on cheap phone (maybe 150)

I guess eventually I could save up that much. I keep hoping.the Samsung S5 is salvagable. Does anyone on here have a spare battery?

Thanks, but that's way too much. I might be able to afford 150, but that's about it. Maybe I'm doomed forever.

Nokia do a few handsets in that price range, but I don't know about their cameras (the camera on my son's Nokia is fine, but his is an older 8 series rather than the ones at this price).

Moto E series are definitely within price. Don't know the US prices of the G8 - may be on the edge. But again I don't know the cameras.

Y'know, by the time you get done buying all these cheap phones to find one you can live with you could have bought one decent one.
