Best Carrier price wise?

Out of the "big" 4, which carrier do you recommend? AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, or Verizon? What has the best price, signal, and customer service? Suggestions since they all have the s3

Verizon for sure wins the signal battle.

Added: How about changing the title of this thread to : Who is the best carrier overall for the S3 ?

As the title & OP don't totally match. Just a suggestion.

For price you can't beat sprints unlimited everything.

The speeds aren't always great, but they are good enough in my area and I never have to worry about throttles or overages.

To me, a super fast network with data caps is useless. You just burn through your data faster :p

You're right, some of my buddys told me T-Mobile because of pricing where I live but I also hear they are HOOORRRRIIIBBLLLEEEE when it comes to service.

Just my humble opinion but I don't think any of them give that great a customer service. As far as service goes that's subjective different carries will be stronger in different area's.

I am currently on Metro I been places where my buddy on Verizon and T-Mobile don't get service but I do I have had it the other way around also.

As far as price goes

Cheap to Expensive

Tmobile
Sprint
AT&T
Verizon

Yea, Tmobile probably has the best pricing. Especially if you call their customer service department. Sometimes, they can give you better pricing. For service, I would recommend checking your area versus the providers coverage. Where I live, Verizon and Tmobile have the best coverage with by far the quickest data. Both of them provide you with greater than 20 megs per second download speeds with 3 meg upload speeds.

Well, a fast network doesn't technically do that. A 5mb app is still going to take 5mb. Its just the 4G will do it more quickly, not eat more data faster.

If all you care about is price then Sprint is the way to go. Unlimited data and cheap. But the data is pretty bad.

If you want the best data speeds and signal, you go with Verizon. But they will cost you the most.

Generally speaking, Verizon is known to have the best customer service. But people on here will tell you they disagree. But if you look at surveys and data collected, Verizon usually beats everyone. But that doesn't mean its GREAT, it just means their crap is better crap then everyone else.

Just ask your self whats the most important factor? Data speeds? Verizon. Best bang for your buck? Sprint. best signal? Depends on your area. Unlimited data? Not plans who cap your data.

.
True, but with that extra time you download other things, stream music, watch am online video, ect. :p

T-Mobile or Sprint is your best both dont have 4g lte but Sprint is working that so if thats a factor sprint but check your coverage also.

Sprint should be the cheapest plan and the only with unlimited data. To say that they don't have LTE is a bit inaccurate. To say that they don't have as wide of coverage is a bit more appropriate. Look and see if your area has LTE coverage and, if not, when to expect it to be available. My area gets Sprint's LTE coverage now and it is quite nice.

First bit of research, though, should be to see just what type of coverage you get in your area. Some people fail to do that and then get all butthurt because they didn't do their homework before signing a 2-year contract. Don't be that person.
