Best case??

Hi so I wanted a phone case for my birthday since the time worked out and unfortunately the OtterBox Symmetry case was sold out at the time and the LifeProof FRE even now is still not ready for order yet it says coming soon so I did some research and I was shocked that a much cheaper case got great reviews I got the Incipio dualpro but now that I got it it doesn't seem that great I don't think it lives up to symmetry or fre. In my research I also saw slim armor and Tough Armor by spigen. So for someone whose phone drops a little too much who is the winner out of OtterBox Symmetry LifeProof fre Spigen Tough Armor Spigen Slim Armor and Incipio dualpro??

I have the Samsung Silicone case if I want to sport a slim case that doesn't add bulk to the phone. For daily use and protection, I use the Ringke Onyx.

i always go with the Rhinoshield Crash Guard and the back protector. that doesnt ship until early april, so im using the ESR Clear case for now

Back in the pre-convergence days Otterbox made a case for your Personal Digital Assistant that was made of military grade PVC, a sponge-like cushion to rest your device on, included stainless steel screws to hold it together, a rubber d-ring sandwiched in between the two pieces of the case and a thick, clear PVC screen protector built in to the front of the case. The darn thing floated when you put your device in it.

No way in heck you could put it in a pants pocket though. Not even cargo pants.

Did Otterbox stop using the d-ring when demand made thinner cases profitable @coulterjosh?

Your right I haven't seen those cases in years. Could drop it off the top of a building and not have any problems. Every since they stopped doing waterproof cases I have been die hard lifeproof. There timeing just sucks with a release for the 10+ right now. Hopefully I don't scratch the screen before release.

Lifeproof cases are plastic that seals with a gasket to be waterproof so they don't float. They used to make a foam surround attachment but haven't seen that in a long time.

I was bummed to discover that there isn't a Caseology Legion for the S10 plus. I'm shopping for a case now.

BTW: The phone is water resistant.

I am using the lifeproof fre and the pelican case. Both are really well made. Only issue I have with the lifeproof fre case is the fingerprint sticker.

I am using a Spigen case for my pixel 3 going to replace it, the lower left right corner constantly pops off. I got as part of some package deal with Verizon. The screen protector they gave me lasted about two weeks before it started getting these little cracks and scratches all over , going to have to replace that too
