Best cell phone plan?

I'm thinking about getting a new cell phone and I was wondering whether or not the HTC Evo LTE was available for the T-Mobile plan or is it just for the Sprint plan?

EVO LTE is a Sprint only phone. Sprint and Verizon use CDMA phones. Tmobile and AT&T use GSM phones. Not compatible.

Yes, as far as configuration. Sprint is not compatible with T-Mobile sorry.

I've been with Sprint for 6+ years and I rarely have network issues. When I can't make a call it's usually because I'm in a building with so much concrete that no cell phone will work. Data on my phone (HTC Evo 4G WiMax) works well on both the 3G and 4G networks.
