Best data counter?

What is the best data counter widget/App? I have data counter widget, ney counter and phoneusage and theyre all wrong according to *data#

My best experience is 3G Watchdog, but it has no phone usage.

My provider round up counting data usage in 100kB steps.
With Watchdog I can set the counting round up at 100kB steps.

Only one problem with 3G Watchdog, I'm on 4g most of the time. I don't even know how to switch between, if possible even. :s

3G Watchdog should count 4G as well. The "3G" is just a generic term for Mobile internet (4G/3G+/3G/Edge/GPRS...).
