What do you guys use as your music manager for you G1 on your computer?
I use Media Monkey. Easy sync. Creates playlists in the m3u format so they are immediately usable on your G1. Fetches album info and cover art from amazon and some other place. Also it can convert just about any format to mp3 so your G1 will show the cover art.
