Best free lightweight photo app

I'm looking for a good free photo app that doesn't take up a lot of space and obviously no malware, spying, etc. It doesn't have to do a lot, mainly remove unwanted parts of photos. Maybe later on I'll want something fancier but that should do it for now.

Not sure about what you mean sblab removing unwanted parts of photos, but one of my go to apps is photo editor, (Dev mcgyver).

I use Goomy camera app, it is extremely light weight, but better be careful not to photograph around 4k snapshots, it will drain your battery fast, like mine just did.

A photo editor is what you need @Rgarner. A photo app could be any app that can show your photos on your phone.

I mostly do that editing kind of stuff online.

Ok, what's a good, free, lightweight photo editor? As I said, I mainly want to remove some things from some photos. For instance, I want to get rid of little ads, logos, etc. and have just the "pure" picture.

Imgbb but they'll try to post some random stuff with your image.

Google has their own app called Snapseed which is often touted as one of the best photo editing apps around. Even Adobe users claim snapseed is great...

Been a photo editor user for quite a while, but I might give that a shot also.

Snapseed doesn't look too bad. I like a couple of the frame effects that it offers. Another thing, that's missing in other photo editing apps. Is that Snapseed offers tutorials.
Might need to keep it installed to be able to play around with it a bit.
