Ideally I'm looking for something which is single player focused rather than multiplayer, or something that can at least provide a good single player game. Something that doesn't require an internet connection, and doesn't have IAP, and provides a fairly deep and strategic game, maybe along the lines of the Don's View in Godfather 2 on Xbox 360.
I realise that most apps tend to be the opposite of all of the above however, so I may have my work cut out finding something.
