Best GPS apps?

I was wondering about GPS apps on the android phones. I was wondering if I were to get the 200 MB data plan for AT&T, would I be ok with Google Maps, and can I download them via wifi, and can I store them? And is the Tom-Tom app worth it?

It's awesome. Whichever maps / countries you buy are saved on your memory card so you won't use or need a data connection. It only cost

Yeah, that traffic stuff doesnt really work. But thanks, and also that would be about $40 US money for me! But I will check that out.
