Best inexpensive phone with large screen area

I currently use an unlocked Windows Lumia 640 for ebooks. I like the size of the phone, but was wondering if there is an android that has a larger screen to case aspect? In other words, that has a "wall to wall" screen instead of the black borders.

Moto G4 has a 5.5 inch screen and from pictures the bezel is smaller then the Lumia 640.

Costs $199 right now.
