I found the "free" version here.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.team.pixel.melodysense

FYI I did try it, as I like looking at different music players. However tt seems to be rather unstable, keeps on crashing when browsing my music library. In fact Google Play popped-up, "This app appears to have crashed several times, recommend uninstall." Phone is Huawei Mate 10 Android 8.1, and I have now removed it from my phone.

Thanks mike it does seem to be missing a privacy policy in the play store

My first questions aren't about gestures or themes but about the codec, how well it supports external DACs, what audio formats it supports. Sound quality first, everything else secondary. So comparing the description here with my priorities I guess I'm not the target market.

Well as I already stated, your music player app keeps on crashing and going to my home screen, when browsing the song and album lists. Along the Play Store popping-up a notification about the crashing and its recommendation of uninstalling the apparently unstable app. Phone is Huawei Mate 10 with Android 8.1 Oreo, music library is approx 29,000 songs, in a mix of formats, MP3, AAC and FLAC in internal storage and micro-SD. And nearly always played via Bluetooth to speakers or headphones.

Do you have any way of reporting crash logs or something from it.

Normally I use BlackPlayer EX Pro for my music listening, and have been using it for a long time now, as well as Xiami(Alibaba) and QQ Music(Tencent) for online music streaming.

Trying them out first before downloading a virus.
