Help Best Network settings(APN) for South Florida Area? BYOD devices

So i moved to a new house a few months ago while i still had my MPCS GS4, the signal/data wasn't outstanding, but it wasn't bad either. After switching phones to a new OnePlus ONE, my signal seems to have tremendously decreased and gotten shitty, to the point where calls get dropped more often than not when im home. I'm becoming really frustrated and i really want to improve my signal levels and have more consistent 4G connectivity.

I wanted to screenshot and save the settings on my s4 before switching sims, but i forgot to do it and once i popped it out the settings were reset.

For those of you in the South Florida/Kendall area, What settings do you currently have on your device and how good is your signal strength?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

What modem does it say you are using? Are you still on the stock rom for OPO or have you upgraded to a rom which is using CM source from January 18th or later? The newest Alpha modem is having problems with Tmobile/Metro for some users. I am not experience issues. You can check out this information to see if it helps you:

If you haven't flash CM12 firmwares, you need to flash it. Refer to the CM12 firmwares FAQ.
If you already have flashed it, check and change your APN. Don't use the IPv6 APN, here is how to do it.
If all above methods don't work, then you need to use the old 44S modem with an older sensor blob. You still need CM12 firmwares.
Here are the steps of using the old modem:
If you dirty flash a new build, you need to flash the older sensor blob again, but you don't need to flash the 44S modem again.
