Best Off-line English/Spanish translation app needed very quickly

Off-line is the key word.

I'm traveling to Mexico and decided to take my cell with me. My network will NOT work there.

I need a basic English to Spanish dictionary app, preferably free since I'll only use it once. I don't need French, German, Italian, or any other language, but if the app included them, I won't reject it for that reason (but I'd rather not have the bulk)

I'll bring a phrase book (tree-ware) but at the last minute I decided to take the phone - my hotel offers Wi-Fi. Having an app on the phone would be much easier than the book.

So can anybody recommend a good app?

I tried searching this forum, but got more confused here than I did on the 'droid marketplace.

Thank you,
Bob

My own follow-up.

I ended up with ColorDict. The phrases didn't work in Mexico because I had no service there, but the simple dictionary did.

Sorry to put you off again. We booked a Marti Gras party with a request for Cajun songs so we are learning them, and although we do St Pat Parties every year, this year we got a request from a good client to learn a bunch of 'real' Irish songs, we'll do our best.

Plus Jan, Feb and Mar are our busiest months of the year. We make almost half our yearly income in these three months.

I'll get back to you. I'm answering you hear so I keep your PM notice up when I log in. I hope you don't mind.

Hi Bob,

Hope the Mardi Gras party went well.

We released version 5.3 of Spanish English Dictionary + a few weeks ago and announced it on Android Forums.

AndroidZoom wrote a review you may want to check out as well.

Feedback always welcome.

Best,
Marc

Haven't been to a Spanish country in a while, and am thinking about some other places next, so I'll put this on hold for a while. Thanks anyway.
