PhoneMyPC would be on the top of my list. Then:
Act 1 Video Player
Personal Assistant (finance manager)
Guitarists Reference (even though I play keyboards)
Midomi (amazing music identifier)
MyBackup Pro (a real lifesaver)
xScope (the best browser with a free version available)
Regarding BetterCut. I'm a bit confused as to the big advantage of this app. Yes I realize you can make shortcuts of system settings and create your own, so I'll give it that. Short of that though my Droid can create Direct Call, Direct Text Message, Website shortcuts natively. What am I missing?
I'd add Touchdown to the list for anyone who depends on MS Exchange for email. Even when you can get it working, the support for Exchange is really weak in the standard email client. Without Touchdown, I would have returned my Droid long ago.
