Best phone camera for 100

I'm setting up to do a time lapse photo shoot and I need a good android based phone to use for it. If you spent $100 and were willing to go used, what's some of the better phone cameras / camera phones out there?

In other words I'm looking for a good phone camera and nothing else about the phone matters, really. Except that it has an external card slot for storage.

The cheapest phone with a good camera is the Honor 7X. Thing is, it costs $200.

Yeah cheapest used on ebay is $190.

Any second best camera phones come to mind?

Now is the Honor 7X's camera considered good just because it's cameras have large MP, or does it have a good lens and photo sensor as well?
