Best phone for around $200-300?

I am looking for a new phone, I would like to have at least a snapdragon 400 or equivalent proc and at least 2gb of ram. Probably a 4.5in screen or larger.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a $200-300 price range

Edit: forgot to mention that I use T-Mobile

The OnePlus One is $299. 3GB RAM, and a 5.5 inch screen.
