I plan to buy and root a 4G LTE phone very soon, which 4G phone has the best options currently in place for a reliable root and then for a reliable wifi tether using something like Barnacle?
I'm looking for tried and tested results. Battery life, screen quality, etc are not nearly as important for me, I'm looking primarily for which phone has the best options already in place to be able to reliably use a rooted wifi tether for 4G data.
