Best phone for under ~$140

I'm trying to find a good phone with pretty good specs for $140, I found that the LG Optimus G Pro is pretty good but is there anything else that's better?

Are you bothered about used or new?

The Moto E can be found on eBay for less than $140. If you don't mind used, you can pick up a Moto G for that price.

Don't bother new, used. Looked at the Moto G. But I'm looking for a good package at a good price. It's pretty good but I don't like Moto Phones (a long explaination)
