best phone tracker for cycling

Hi. I am looking for ideas on the best app to use for keeping track of my wife when she is out on her long distance cycle rides. It would help to know where she is so I can get there to meet her and not be stood around for ages waiting. This would have been very useful last month when she was doing the London 100, to know when she was near the end and not be stood out in the hissing rain waiting for her to arrive, I could have kept somewhere in the dry and just walked out just as she was finishing.

It's really a good app!
You can also check out this app 'Wheres my droid'

You could take a look at ... Cerberus ... that has tracking as one of its many options.

You can run ... Cerberus Client ... on your phone and track you wife's phone from yours.

(Of course your wife's phone would have all the recovery options if lost or stolen also.)

And go with her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I generally figure, 0 to 1 mile a good walk, 1 mile and more that is what a car is for, nice and warm and dry and surrounded by lots of metal.
Plus it gives me time to get down my allotment and do some pottering around.
