Best Physical Keyboard for Android Tablets?

My laptop is basically crapping out, so I will need to get a new device rather soon. I am thinking that I will get an Android tablet, but I wanted to ask some questions before I make a decision. The Asus TF700 seems like the best option, but I wanted to get some feedback on keyboards before I make a purchase. I will basically be getting the TF700 with the keyboard dock or the Nexus 10 with some kind of bluetooth keyboard/dock. What has been the best keyboard that you have used for an Android tablet? I really need the keyboard to be fast and responsive as I write for a living. Anyway, let me know what you guys think about the keyboards currently available for Android tablets. Thanks.

I've had the tf700 for about a week now, and I love it. I use the dock keyboard to generate workorders and invoices in the field, and am very pleased with the performance of this setup. Great quality, and the battery life (when combined with the dock) will easily get you through the day. The best part is I no longer have to lug around the laptop!

BUMP

I really want to see what people think of some of the new BT keyboards.

For example:
Verbatim's cheap/flimsy looking Bt Keyboard, looks like it'd be annoying to type on?

Logitech has a much more polished looking solution, for almost double the price at $80..

The CandyBoard almost looks 'too small' considering it's smaller than some cell phones. I doubt I'll be going that route, especially with the high failure rate and bad reviews.

And my last pick would be the SMKLink Bt compact, which I've used in 'RF' format with much dislike for it's keys. The bluetooth version looks identical so unless someone has tried both and likes the BT version I doubt that it will get a second glance.

Anyone?!

Lots of amazing keyboards for Android Tablets i-Connex Freedom 2is good. Its very small in a size, its folded in half, and perfect for smartphones.

i have a 'ms mobile wedge keyboard' and i must say that it's the best ms product i have seen and used! it's solid, light and typing touch is good, easy to carry with. i also have a 'ms touch mouse' which is a nice device with the keyboard, works fine with android. i have note 10.1 and only needed to install 'external keyboard helper pro' from google play because im using north european /nordic layout and android have these restrictions with alt/altgr keys and functions.

edit. added a pic.
