Best Place to Find Icons?

Just wondering where I can find a good set of icons. I'm wanting to swap out some in Launcher Pro... specifically I would like a better contact icon than the default android one. So is there any resource where I can find one? If not is there an easy way to edit icons? I'd kind of like to make the contact clear head silhouette for launcher pro an android-ish green - the same color as the phone. Anyways thanks for the help! Any advice would be great.
