No. I filed an insurance claim because I dropped the phone. Got a brand new phone from insurance. The store I got it from won't take it back. Was told by Verizon the store would take the one from insurance back under the 14 day worry free. Was also told by a corporate store, that the store I got it from would take it back. I have gotten so much misinformation from so many people at Verizon, I am ready to cancel service with them.
