There is no best rom, everyone has their own requirements and expectations from their phones so everyone will give you a different answer.
The best way to find out an answer for your question is to flash every rom and see for yourself, else just read the reviews of other users and choose.

One last question. Can I install cyanogenmod 7 available at get.cm for galaxy ace(cooper) on my ace s5830i. Because of that 'i' in my phone's model no. I'm a bit confused. Please help, I don't want to brick my new phone.
Absolutely NOT.
That 'i' there is not for fun, your model is extremely different from normal S5830 model, if you use things made for s5830 on your phone, you will probably end up killing your phone for good.
