Root Best ROM for Hotspot

I do not have a Motorola Razr Maxx, I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and just about all the ROM's for it have Wifi HotspotTethering built into the ROM. I have someone that owns a Razr Maxx and they asked me if they rooted their phone and installed a custom ROM would any of those include the Wifi Hotspot Tethering. I have looked through the ROM list in here and I haven't seen anything stating any of them do.

Does anyone know?

Thanks! Wasn't sure if it was on the Razr or not since I don't have one.

Are all the ROM's for the Razr still ICS based or are there any JB one's yet? All I saw in the ROM list were either GB or ICS.
 
The rom list here is way off. I host a ics and jellybean rom myself based off of stock. Theres pleanty of aokp, cm10 based roms @ Droidrzr.com

Thanks will check it out. I thought this list looked really old, but since I'm not on this phone I don't know for sure. I am rooting this Razr Friday.

Anyone suggestion on a ROM? All he cares about is being able to use his wifi hotspot easily.

What about the rooting instructions in here...are they up to date?

I used the RAZR blade utility to root and it was very simple (has step by step simple instructions) then I downloaded wifi tether from the app store, and it's all gd!
