Hi.
I work security at a large sports event arena and a part of my job is taking down the plate numbers of suspicious vehicles. Previously, I has a samsung Galaxy 3, (Primitive by today's standards I'd wager) which seemed to take really clear pictures of california plates, which are usually white, with dark blue lettering.
I then moved to a motorola Moto X Pure, (my favorite phone ever) and it seemed to work early on, but now, all the low light nighttime pics I take of Lic. Plates, the plates just reflect all the light, and all I get is a white blur.
I am considering getting a new phone and this will be a factor.
Any suggestions?
