Best Tablet for text editing style Content Creation?

I have a website called RockMyMonkey.com where I need to be able to copy an email, paste it into a Squarespace app, edit out what I don't want, add what i do, and change what where I think the press agent if full of doggy doo doo and mock them for it.

I will also be writing cd reviews, stream of thought stuff, and basic blogging style material on this device.

So what Android tablet (if someone mentions an iOS device we get to kill them right?) would be best for this type of content creation? I'm thinking bigger might be better, but how big? What experiences have you had?
