Help best tethering app?

Okay so i know three things that should help me get a good connection for gaming
1- 4g LTE speeds
2- root access
3- unlimited data

So i want to know which app i can use to get better WiFi tether on my razr hd. I plan to use it for my ps3 and have tried using the tether built into the custom rom and such others as foxfi. yet my speeds im getting by doing this is 4.5down 2.5up! where i really get 30down and 25up...
i would like to get the down over 15mbps and up over 5mbps.

What is my best option?

P.S. dont suggest home wifi because we have DSL...
and i would USB tether but, well the ps3 doesnt like that...

Not sure you're going to get those speeds from a LTE connection. And if you did, you'll get VZ's attention pretty quick with your usage volume.

I want to say that discussing this is borderline violation of AF t&c's... don't hold me to that, tho.

the biggest hurdle you're likely to face is NAT restrictions. unless you can change it, I believe it's set to moderate. I know at the least the X360 prefers open NAT.

On PS3 NAT type 1 or 2 is good. my normal wifi is type 3 so yea bad!
