Best UK B/Band Supplier ?

I am currently with Virgin, but perhaps not for long. I do alot of uploading/downloading and at the moment, my speed is now capped for the next 5 hours because I have downloaded over 800mb between 4pm and 9pm.

I was thinking of going back to Sky as I was never capped, but wondered what other options were available going off user experience.

I see Virgin are offering upto 100mb/s but what is the point of having the fastest speed in the land if you are going to cap your customers speed if they download in between peek times for 5 hours?
 
50Meg lines are not throttled neither are 100mb lines as you are treated as a premium customer. I have a 50meg line and often download large files. Never been throttled and every speed test done displays on average a 48.9Meg DL and 4Meg UL.
 
Just looked again at the Virgin media small print.

Heres the ad. Ive pointed out the main bit that caught my eye. Unlimited downloads.

Ive always believed that if they have anything like this, then it should not be advertised as UNLIMITED
