Best VALUE: Samsung Galaxy S3 vs Galaxy Nexus

Hi all,

Just joined this forum and wanted to know what you all think. I have a Nexus S (old I know!) and want to get a new smartphone. Now, the SGS3 is the hottest thing out there (until maybe the iP5 comes out) but considering it's $650 (here in Canada) vs a $350 GN, is it really worth almost double the price? Maybe if it were Quad core but even with double the RAM I am leaning towards a GN...

Thoughts? Anyone have both?

Well considering the SGS3 only costs $300 more, I would get that instead of the Galaxy Nexus. I mean, if you have the $300 extra to spare, why not?

The Galaxy Nexus itself is a great device, but it's getting a little old now. Yes, it does have great developer support and runs Android 4.1 Jellybean, but the SGS3 just owns it in terms of smoothness, screen, reliability and new hardware.
