Best version of Facebook?

Hi all,
Can anybody tell me what was the best version of Facebook which was battery friendly. I want to degrade my application. Thanks in advance.

Best is a little subjective. The most battery efficient may be the Facebook mobile site on your browser because there are no background functions running at all when you're not actually viewing the website. Alternatively the new Facebook lite version may be a better compromise. Much will depend on how you use facebook. The only way to tell is to try a few. However, be aware that some users set their security settings so that their posts can only be seen on web browsers or native facebook apps so you may miss things if you use a third party app.
