Best video on mobile

What are the best mobile phones right now for taking video? I've seen some pretty impressive video lately out of cell phones and was wondering if anyones used it as their primary video device?

I wouldn't use a phone as a "primary" video device. Anything that is important I would use a dedicated camcorder.

Currently, I don't think any phone have decent screen size for video play. I used to check video by MP5, but now it's definitely tablet.

I think the opening post is about recording the best video, not about playing it on phone. This essentially is asking for a discussion on finding the best camcorder implementation on a phone.

All high end phones can give decent video.
Galaxy s2 is a very good phone. It has hd video recording option.
