Best way to sync the eee pad with Mac?

For my nexus s i use the salling media as transfer my music from itunes and photos from iphoto.
But some how when i plug my eee pad the salling media doesnt recognize it.

Any way to sync apart the android transfer app?
I can drag and drop but i use my tab for music and its kind hard to drag the latest music to the right folder all the time.
