Best way to utilize a fast microsd card?

So, I have a class 6 SDXC microsd card from sandisk. It's definitely an improvement over my last microsd card, which was a stock 16gb card, probably class 2. My question is, how and what is the best way to utilize the write speed and storage space of this card? What do you guys do with all the space on your card? So far, I haven't put much on the card except more music than I was able to before. Suggestions?

I have music and all my media on there. Camera etc. I also link all my HD game data there too. Basically high quality media that takes lots of space is the best use IMHO.
