ES File Explorer is enough and on your PC just enable sharing.
In ES File Explorer hit LAN and Scan. It will find your PC and you can navigate to your video folder. From there, just click on a movie and it will ask what you want to play.
With that solution you not only get access to movies, but to the contents of the whole PC.
