I have a Samsung 8+. I use the BestRoute Pro app which is a navigation app. I will list approximately 8 to 10 addresses and then press the button optimize for the app to arrange the addresses in a delivery route. This past week I've been getting an error when I try to use the optimization button. It says; Error: Google could not or would not Optimize - there may be a problem with one of the Addresses. Press the Menu Key, then info then FAQ for more info." There is no problem with the addresses, they are all correct. Also, there is not a menu key with an FAQ. I have googled this error but nothing comes up. I can rearrange the addresses manually and then the App will go to them in the proper order, but this is time-consuming. Has anyone seen this before and for what is the fix? Thank you.
