Better access to Voice Command

Am two days into my Galaxy Nexus and am loving the ICS interface. In particular, I am very impressed with the voice-enabled interface and all of the commands I can issue vocally. However, I crave better access to it, as the small microphone in the top-right of the screen, in the Google search box, is small and difficult to tap.

I would KILL for an icon that I could place in the bottom row, but I can find no actual app or widget that represents the Speak Now app. Does anyone know if this is possible? Many thanks...

Hi ICS is pretty new at least to certain part of the world. So developers from those regions wait for more ICS ready smartphones to be available for testing. What you can do is wait. US developers should be faster in delivery since they most likely already have ICS smartphones available for testing.
