Root Better alternative for Link2sd

Does somebody know a better app than Link2SD? Link2SD is a pretty good app, but the fact that apps disappear after reboot drives me crazy.
Can somebody tell me how to fix this: if I link manually the app, select all options for linking and then moving the app to sd card, after reboot the apps are no longer shown. They are installed, i can see then in Settings>Apps.

This can happen if you try to open them too soon after reboot. Just leave the handset a while and they should reappear.
