Better Youtube app?

I've pretty much fed up with the stock Youtube app on my Moto Droid, and was wondering if there are any alternate apps or fixes out there. Between it flipping a nut if I try to seek further into the video and the fact that it won't allow me to buffer the video at all is what tweaks me the most. Whats the point of trying to watch anything over 3G if I'm only gunna get 3 seconds of video followed by 3 seconds of buffering through the whole thing?

This alone would be a godsend since cell service at my college is hit-or-miss with all the concrete around me. Any suggestions?

Freedi Youtube downloader. 3G is spotty at my job, so I can have a given video download (in HQ no less), then play it back from the SD cards once it's finished. In a pinch, just pause the live playback in the stock app immediately after it begins. You won't see it downloading while paused, but if you let it sit for a bit, then unpause it, it should be far enough ahead to stream from there without trouble.
