Help BIg problem with T-Mobile G2 Touch. Need help

Hi all,

I got my T-Mobile G2 Touch severely wet the other day and now when I turn it on it goes to the reboot page (a white page with a bit of code at the top and the three Android characters at the bottom). Once there it says:
CLEARSTORAGE
Clear.....
Done.
Then it has the option of pressing Menu to Reset Device. When I do that it just starts again and goes to the same page. Is my phone completely beyond help or is there something I can do to save it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try running the update to the phone again, there must be a way to do that?
