Ok so i have a galaxy s5 and i bought a bigger sd card to hold all my music and when i transfer my music it's listed as an unknown artist and the name and artist are in the title together can anyone help with this

Try a different music player and see if you get the same results. Poweramp is my favorite. If you do I'd say that whatever program was used to rip the music didn't read the ID3 tags properly. You can edit them yourself using someting like MP3tag. But if they're music you ripped yourself it would probably be easier to just rip the Cds again using Windows Media Player. I've riipped over 500 CDs that way and never had an issue with the ID3 tags.
