Billing dates.

If my billing due date is the 23rd, will I get any late fees or cut offs if I don't pay until the 1st? I'm on the new uncarrier plans. I'm thinking this will be a problem. Does anyone know if there is a way to change my due dates to the first? The 23rd is a really awkward time for me to pay, as I get paid monthly on the first.
 
What you can do about that is call T-mobile customer service and discuss this with them. If they know you get paid at a certain time of month, they may be able to change your billing date. Service providers are often willing to work with the customer on these types of issues.
 
Check the billing section of the MY T-MOBILE app on your phone & it should give you the option to change your billing date.

Same on the desktop/PC,log-in to your MY T-MOBILE account,go to the billing section & the option to change your billing date is there.
