Billing problems - no minutes; billed twice

Having some billing issues with VM. I've used only about 80 minutes since I last paid on April 7. It says I've used 260. I called them yesterday and they told me they would add 150 minutes. Now showing I've used 290 and no additional minutes were added.

In addition last time I paid, they charged me twice (it is twice on the credit card bill). Still trying to get that money back. Dispute is in with the credit card company.

Anyone else have issues like this?

lol same thing happened to me when I paid on April 7th. I called them right after it happened and let them know that they charged me twice. They said they could either reverse one or credit me for the next month. (Which reminds me I need to see if the reverse worked.) Also my minutes checker app was saying I used 279 minutes (which was what I had used when I paid on the 7th) for a few days. Now it's back to normal with the right number of minutes.

I accidently overpaid once using the website, called them up, and they refunded that money back into my account almost with-in minutes. Have never had the problem of that many minutes used or what not tho.

I had the same problem (charged twice) about 6 months ago. I spent much time over many calls with them before I got it rectified. I was close dumping VM but my persistence paid off. Since then, no problems.

What's weird is my date due is also the 7th. Still have not gotten any change in minutes used. It's completely wrong and I am about to go over. Three phone calls to them and they tell me they've fixed it but it never says so in my account. Also no reverse charge on the double charge they put on my credit card. Plus my data is not working (or works only intermittently once in a while). Not sure what to do next. Don't want to spend another 20 minutes on the phone with them.

Just don't give them your credit card number. Boost actually has a no refund policy regarding overcharges, they'll just credit your boost account instead. The rep actually told me the software isnt capable of processing refunds. I switched to vm and use top up cards without issues.
