I downgraded my plan and I am being charged $20 to change plans. They charged me to upgrade as well. When did they start this? I left tmobil because of a lot of hidden charges. Seems like Metro followed suit after the merge.

They all have hidden charges I'm afraid mate! It will never change. Even now they're doing it. I paid last month an extra 50 buck with AT&T for no reason so you tell me.
